About Angus
Angus has a BProc and H Dip (Labour Law) which he obtained Cum Laude. In addition to his Law Degrees, he also majored in Sociology and has a certificate in Research and Research Methodology.
He has 20 years post admission experience.
Angus started his own practice in 2009 and it has grown into the current dynamic partnership. His main focus is Labour Law but also handles Civil Litigation including Family Law and Consumer Protection Law and PoPI disputes.
He has lectured a variety of Law subjects, including Labour Law, Intellectual Property Law; Sale and Lease; and Civil Procedure Law for the Midrand Graduate Institute; Pearson; Varsity College and the University of the Free State. He has also been training in house for companies for the last 8 years. Angus is a SETA accredited trainer and facilitator
Angus has been certified as a Mediator
In January 2017 Angus was appointed as an Acting Judge in the Labour Court.
