Discovering Your Stops

Discovering Your Stops

With today’s busy lifestyle, we’re so often living life on auto pilot and going from one meeting to the next, one task to another, one day to the next.

Furthermore, as December approaches and we are supposed to be recharging and resetting, so often we find ourselves just going from tasks at work to tasks at home, never allowing ourselves the space and time to STOP!

So how do we STOP when there is so much to do?

Let Shay help you recognize and implement your stops and boundaries, while still getting your tasks done. In addition, you will learn how to reduce anxiety and be able reflect on decisions as well as evaluating choices and how your time is spent.

Outcomes:

  • Recognising our Stops
  • Setting your STOP
  • Managing personal boundaries
  • Tools for Emotional well-being
