Grievances

Constructive Dismissal claims, resignations and ‘quiet quitting’ are on the rise. In these turbulent times more and more employees are taking the initiative against their employers and we are finding that employers are ill-equipped to handle these situations. Many employers don’t have adequate grievance policies and procedures and employees are taking advantage.

Join us for an informative and practical webinar by our Labour Law expert on grievances and dealing with discontented employees.

We will answer questions like:

  1. What is a grievance?
  2. When must an employer entertain a grievance?
  3. What is the correct way to handle a grievance?
  4. What should my grievance policy look like?
  5. How long do I have to respond to a grievance?
  6. Must a grievance be in a particular format?
  7. What action can I take against an employee who complains without merit and/or endlessly?
