Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Providing product information and recommendations
- Sales:
- Generating and following up on sales leads
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Processing sales transactions and handling payments
- Inventory Management:
- Assisting with stock takes and inventory management
- Ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and organized
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the tile or building materials industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
