Karen began her career in secretarial and support positions in the Pharmaceutical and Timber Export industries.

In 1997 Karen began her first role in a Learning and Development.  Her first position was Course Co-ordination for Hyundai Motor Corporation before moving into a facilitation role.

Following Hyundai Motor Corporation Karen has held various positions within Human Resources Consulting firms where she gained her experience in Transformation, Diversity Management, Psychometric Assessments, Executive Pay, Labour Relations Education and much more. In 2013 Karen Hardman joined Priority Management South Africa and is now one of the Directors and is responsible for Sales and Facilitation functions, which contribute to the continued growth of Priority Management South Africa.   

Priority Management has been providing productivity and workload management solutions for over 35 years and are represented in 55 global locations.  To date Priority Management has assisted 2.2 million people to find a better way to work and stay in control of their days.
