YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…
Strategy & Growth
- Designing the roadmap for our digital tourism brand, with eyes on market leadership
- Setting KPIs, smashing them, and redefining what excellence looks like
- Cultivating game-changing partnerships across the travel ecosystem
Team Culture & Leadership
- Building and mentoring an agile, customer-obsessed team of travel consultants
- Developing a culture of excellence, responsiveness, and joy in the customer journey
- Recruiting top talent—local and global—to fuel our mission
Digital & E-Commerce Mastery
- Owning our digital presence from SEO to social, from content to conversions
- Partnering with agencies and experts to execute flawless acquisition and retention strategies
- Mapping out an e-commerce experience that clicks—literally and emotionally
Operational Stewardship
- Managing day-to-day operations with precision
- Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and decisions rooted in data
- Elevating our CRM and reservation systems for effortless engagement
Brand & Experience
- Driving initiatives that win hearts, build loyalty, and spark excitement
- Using customer feedback to evolve offerings in real time
- Enhancing every digital touchpoint into a story worth sharing
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Marketing, Business or similar (MBA a big bonus)
- 8–10 years leading digital tourism brands or e-commerce businesses
- Mastery of digital channels, metrics, analytics, and CRM platforms
- A proven track record of building high-performing, remote-ready teams
- Strategic instincts, leadership flair, and deep knowledge of consumer travel trends
