Inbound Product Content Coordinator
If you’re an Intermediate Inbound Consultant who loves the product side of travel — and you’ve always had a flair for writing clear, compelling, agent‑friendly content — this is the role that lets you bring both strengths together.
Our client is one of Africa’s premier Destination Management Companies. They operate across African countries, delivering high‑volume, world‑class inbound travel for FIT, Groups and major corporate MICE clients. It’s fast‑paced, prestigious and packed with some of the best operational minds in the industry.
This role is perfect for a consultant who wants to step into product and content, without losing the tourism heartbeat.
The Role:
- You’ll use your hands‑on travel knowledge — lodges, inclusions, logistics, suppliers, rates, operational realities — to create accurate, structured, B2B content for travel agents, internal teams and trade partners.
- You’ll support Product, Sales and Management by transforming supplier and operational information into clear, agent‑ready content, while helping maintain product accuracy across systems and platforms.
- This is not consumer marketing. This is trade-focused communication that helps agents sell confidently and accurately.

- Support the social media and newsletter calendar with agent‑focused content.
- Ensure all copy reflects brand tone, writing style and communication standards.
- Apply basic SEO best practice when updating website and trade content.

- Ensure sustainability claims are factual, current and aligned with responsible tourism principles.
- Maintain records of supplier sustainability practices, certifications and community initiatives.
