What You’ll Be Doing:
- Craft and execute action plans and forecasts to capture market share and drive our airfreight product to success.
- Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities to expand and achieve stellar sales targets.
- Tackle client concerns head-on and devise innovative airfreight solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Oversee the entire forwarding lifecycle, ensuring relevance, efficiency, and top-notch service delivery from start to finish.
- Develop competitive pricing agreements and manage airfreight schedules with a keen eye on cost structures and market trends.
- Lead and inspire the airfreight team, coaching and motivating them to hit performance targets and align with our overall strategy.
- Stay ahead of legal and company-specific regulations, adhering to ISO procedures and keeping monthly KPIs in check.

Essential Qualifications:
- FIATA Diploma or relevant degree.
- Minimum 10 years in the airfreight industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

- Innovative thinker, proactive, organized, and able to navigate ambiguity.
- Valid driver’s license and own car.
