We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manager! The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership background, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of contract management principles. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record of exceeding targets and fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technicians, installer assistants, and customer service representatives, driving them to achieve departmental objectives and sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing concerns promptly and professionally, and identifying opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry standards, practices, product details, and services offered.
- Oversee all aspects of contract administration, including proposal/quotation submission, pricing, and account management.
- Monitor department performance, analyze client feedback, and implement strategies to minimize recurring issues and improve service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant industry regulations, restrictions, and laws.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed and customer service provided to guarantee quality and thoroughness.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new team members and subcontractors.
- Mentor, train, and conduct performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional development.
- Actively participate in the successful integration of new clients.
- Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company procedures.
- Achieve departmental revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous Contract Manager Experience (Ten Years)
- Experience in Contract Law, (JBC, NEC and FEDIC)
- Experienced in Managing Large Projects.
- Proven experience in contract management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Deep understanding of contract principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
