We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded Senior Contract Manager to lead and oversee the administration of complex, large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of contract law, specifically JBCC, NEC, and FIDIC, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Contract Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of complex contracts, ensuring adherence to legal frameworks (JBCC, NEC, FIDIC) and company policies.
- Large-Scale Project Leadership: Direct and coordinate contract administration for multiple large projects, mitigating risks and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Legal Compliance and Risk Management: Provide expert guidance on contract law, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of contract administrators, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Financial Management: Oversee contract budgets, manage variations, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Analyze contract performance data, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in contract management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Extensive knowledge and practical application of JBCC, NEC, and FIDIC contract law.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles related to contract administration.
