To keep this mission moving, they’re looking for a Digital Fundraiser who can turn stories of impact into action — someone who understands how a single online moment can spark long‑term support.
The Heart of the Role
- You’ll shape digital campaigns that bring donors closer to the work on the ground.
- You’ll design journeys that honour supporters’ generosity.
- You’ll translate complex conservation and community challenges into clear, compelling reasons to give.
- Working with communications, programmes, partnerships, and finance teams, you’ll build integrated digital fundraising campaigns across email, social media, websites, and third‑party platforms. Your work will help secure the resources that keep rangers in the field, support community enterprises, restore ecosystems, and protect landscapes that matter.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement digital fundraising strategies that grow online giving
- Lead multi‑channel campaigns and optimise them through data and insight
- Strengthen donor journeys and deepen online engagement
- Build partnerships with digital platforms, influencers, and aligned organisations
- Manage budgets and explore innovative digital tools
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and ethical fundraising standards
What You Bring
- A relevant qualification in digital marketing or communications
- 3+ years’ experience in digital fundraising (non‑profit experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital tools, analytics, and donor engagement
- Experience with Google and Meta advertising policies
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
- Comfort working across cultures, regions, and diverse environments
- A genuine commitment to social and environmental impact
Where You’ll Work
This is an office‑based role in Sandton with extended hours and significant travel — locally, regionally, and internationally. Some locations may be remote or challenging, but always meaningful.
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
