Join the Journey: Our client, a leader in sustainable luxury travel, is looking for a Groups and Incentives Travel Specialist to join their dedicated team in Sandton.

What You’ll Do
- Design Magic: Craft creative Leisure Group itineraries with a focus on unique incentive experiences.
- End-to-End Management: Handle the full reservations process—from initial quote and budget qualification to final travel documents and invoicing.
- Build Relationships: Maintain constant, clear communication with global agents, guests, and suppliers.
- Be the Expert: Use your in-depth knowledge of South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania, and Kenya to sell products proactively.
- On-the-Ground Excellence: Occasionally lead site inspections or travel with groups to ensure every detail is perfect.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of specific experience in Touring Groups.
- System Savvy: In-depth knowledge of Tourplan (or a similar booking system) and Microsoft Excel.
- Geographic Expertise: Strong logistical knowledge of South Africa and East Africa (Namibia, Rwanda, or Zambia experience is a major plus!).
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, a “can-do” attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Values-Driven: A genuine commitment to sustainability and the guest experience.
