YOUR MISSION
Lead this iconic Lodge into its next chapter of excellence. You’ll be the pulse behind every detail—from bush banquets to budget forecasts, from generator checks to guest touchpoints. You’ll build relationships that matter—with staff, guests, communities, and the wild soul of Namibia.
YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Team unity, mentorship, and performance culture
- Sustainability, carbon footprint reduction, and local sourcing
- Financial oversight, CAPEX planning, and budget forecasting
- Daily lodge operations, guest experience strategy, and service innovation
- Infrastructure planning, equipment maintenance, and lodge aesthetics
- Food quality, menu alignment, and cost control with the Executive Chef
- Training plans, skills development, and cross-lodge exchanges
- Labour relations, HR structure, and compliance
- Hosting agents, media, and VIPs with flair and warmth
- Weaving the Lodges golden thread through every moment
