Groups & Incentives Operations Consultant

The Role in a Nutshell:
You’ll be the engine room for inbound land tour programs—coordinating logistics, managing travel files, and ensuring every group experience is seamless, profitable, and unforgettable.
What you’ll be doing:
- Executing Excellence: Managing land tour programs from admin prep to on-site coordination (yes, travel is involved!).
- Commercial Sharpness: Monitoring margins, managing debtors, and ensuring files stay profitable.
- Relationship Management: Liaising with partners and suppliers to keep service levels world-class.
- Crisis Control: Thinking clearly in emergencies and following crisis protocols like a pro.
- Documentation: Crafting precise travel docs and schedules using Tourplan and WETU.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 4–5 years of inbound tour consulting (non-negotiable).
- Tech Savvy: Advanced Excel skills and experience with Tourplan and WETU.
- Destination Intel: Deep knowledge of South, Southern, and East Africa.
- The Vibe: You are proactive, methodical, and calm under pressure. You don’t just find problems; you solve them.
- Flexibility: Ready to travel with groups and handle on-call emergencies when they arise.
