✨ Why You’ll Matter
As a Relief Consultant, you’ll be the stabilizing force behind peak periods, educational bookings, small group journeys and provisional chases. You’ll keep things moving, lighten the load, and offer strategic support in all the right places.
🛠️ What You’ll Own
- Seamlessly manage bookings and proposals when team members step away
- Support educational and agent trips, working closely with Sales
- Assist in implementing and testing new systems and procedures
- Chase provisional bookings and revive dead leads
- Load bookings during peak periods and collaborate on Small Group Journeys
- Source fresh suppliers and elevate creative offerings
- Occasionally travel with groups to ensure operations run smoothly
🧠 What You Bring
- 3–5 years inbound consulting experience
- Deep knowledge of destination management and current travel trends
- Commercial acumen to shape strategies and make sharp decisions
- Tourplan, Wetu, and Microsoft Office fluency
- Ability to make calm look effortless—especially when things get unpredictable
- Understanding of crisis management and emergency protocols
