Hospitality Trainer – Maun, Botswana
Permanent | Market-Related Salary For a luxury experiential travel icon
If you’re the kind of hospitality professional who lights up when people grow, teams transform, and guest experiences shift from “great” to “unforgettable,” this role was made for you.
We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the most respected names in luxury experiential travel — a global heavyweight with over 30 years of pioneering conservation-led tourism across Africa, Asia, and South America. Their lodges are award-winning, their impact is real, and their commitment to people, wildlife, and place is woven into every guest moment.
Now, they’re looking for a Hospitality Trainer based in Maun, Botswana, to elevate service excellence across their Botswana operations — including some of the most iconic lodges in the Okavango Delta.
This is not a classroom-bound training job. This is hands-on, in-lodge, shoulder-to-shoulder development work with passionate teams who care deeply about guest experience, community, and conservation.
If you thrive in the bush, love shaping people, and believe hospitality is both an art and a calling, keep reading.
