- Dream Weaver: You’ll take requests from overseas agents and spin them into golden itineraries, meticulously considering special interests, unique needs, and budget realities.
- Logistical Genius: From quoting complex, multi-layered trips with precision to masterfully managing allocations and rooming lists, you ensure every piece of the puzzle fits flawlessly. Tourplan will be your canvas, PCM your palette.
- Client Whisperer: You’ll be the calm, confident voice liaising with agents, keeping them informed, and ensuring their travellers experience nothing short of magic. This includes being the point person when the unexpected happens – a true hero behind the scenes.
- Experience Conductor: You’ll coordinate everything from meet & greets to booking the most captivating tour guides, ensuring the seamless flow of each group’s adventure. Even travel pack creation becomes an art form in your hands.
- Relationship Oracle: Building and nurturing rock-solid connections with agents and suppliers isn’t just part of the job; it’s your superpower. You’ll negotiate like a pro and instinctively know the best products and prices.

The Toolkit We’re Looking For:
- A Matric/Grade 12 certificate is your foundation.
- 3-5 years deep in the trenches of Inbound Tourism – you know the landscape.
- Proven experience specifically with Groups & Group Series – this is your specialty.
- You can dissect and build complex, detailed costings and itineraries for groups with your eyes closed (almost!).
- A Travel & Tourism qualification? That’s music to our ears.
- Tourplan wizardry? Highly desirable!
- Got a knack for understanding the German market? Sehr gut!
- Your knowledge of Southern African geography and logistics is practically encyclopaedic.
