Inbound Travel Specialist

We’re partnering with a leading inbound travel company to find a seasoned Inbound Travel Specialist with deep expertise across Southern Africa. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on crafting meaningful, tailor‑made journeys and who brings both precision and passion to every itinerary.

Italian-speaking candidates will be highly desirable.
What You’ll Do
- Design bespoke itineraries across Southern Africa.
- Manage inbound enquiries and deliver accurate, creative proposals.
- Oversee bookings end‑to‑end, including confirmations, amendments, and final documentation.
- Build strong supplier relationships and stay current on regional product knowledge.
- Ensure accurate costings, smooth operations, and proactive problem‑solving.
What You Bring
- 5–7 years’ inbound travel consulting experience.
- Proven Southern Africa destination expertise.
- Strong FIT, luxury, and experiential travel knowledge.
- Excellent itinerary design, logistics, and costing skills.
- Confident communication and high attention to detail.
- Experience with Tourplan, Wetu, and Microsoft/Google tools.
- talian language skills are a strong advantage.
Working Model
Hybrid: 4 days in office (first 2 months: 5 days).
Hours aligned to the Italian market: 08h30/09h00 – 17h00/17h30.
