What You’ll Do
- You’ll be the first smile guests meet — and the last one they remember
- Welcome guests like VIPs and set the tone for their adventure
- Guide them through iconic driving routes and help curate the perfect experience
- Manage check-ins, waivers etc.
- Coordinate departures and returns
- Upsell exciting add-ons (GoPro packages, merch)
- Keep the reception immaculate and offer refreshments
- Capture guest moments and share them on social media
- Be the warm, energetic presence that makes people feel at home
Who You Are
- Junior-level concierge, 2+ years experience in hospitality (hotel background ideal)
- Naturally warm, bubbly, energetic, and people-loving
- Professional, well-presented, confident
- Comfortable with tech (iPad, POS)
- Proud of Cape Town and excited to represent a luxury brand
- Passionate about creating memorable moments
- Someone who understands that personality is everything — systems can be taught, warmth cannot
