What You’ll Do
- Help clients plan flights, stays, tours, and travel packages
- Prepare quotes and assist with bookings
- Support senior consultants with admin, documentation, and reservations
- Build destination knowledge across local and regional hotspots
- Deliver top-tier customer service with warmth and professionalism
- Liaise with suppliers to secure great rates
- Keep booking files tidy and follow up with clients
- Stay sharp on travel trends, visa rules, and product updates
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in a travel agency or similar
- A diploma or qualification in Travel & Tourism
- Familiarity with GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or Tourplan (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
- A team player with a hunger to learn and grow
