- Lead creative workshops and chef exchanges, fostering growth, teamwork, and innovation.
- Champion sustainability by focusing on local procurement and supplier development.

What we’re looking for
- A seasoned culinary professional with 10+ years of experience in hospitality or fine dining.
- Strong leadership and communication skills – someone who can inspire chefs, engage guests, and collaborate with lodge teams.
- A creative thinker with organizational discipline, integrity, and a drive for excellence.
- Passion for food, training, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Formal culinary qualifications (Diploma or higher) and proven expertise in menu development, food styling, and kitchen standards.
