What you’ll be doing

  • Inspire and train chefs across multiple lodges, raising standards in food quality, presentation, and guest engagement.
  • Craft and refine menus that celebrate local produce, cater to diverse dietary needs, and reflect global culinary trends.
  • Lead creative workshops and chef exchanges, fostering growth, teamwork, and innovation.
  • Champion sustainability by focusing on local procurement and supplier development.
  • Delight guests with interactive food experiences that connect flavours to culture, place, and story.

What we’re looking for

  • A seasoned culinary professional with 10+ years of experience in hospitality or fine dining.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills – someone who can inspire chefs, engage guests, and collaborate with lodge teams.
  • A creative thinker with organizational discipline, integrity, and a drive for excellence.
  • Passion for food, training, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Formal culinary qualifications (Diploma or higher) and proven expertise in menu development, food styling, and kitchen standards.
