As a Senior Inbound Reservations Consultant, you’ll join a passionate team in Durban that turns travel dreams into seamless, tailor-made experiences for Dutch and German markets. From the first enquiry to the final itinerary, your expertise will shape adventures that leave lasting impressions.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound travel enquiries from Dutch & German agents
- Design tailor-made FIT itineraries and quotations (Tourplan experience = bonus points)
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Ensure every booking is accurate, every journey seamless
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ inbound/DMC experience
- Deep product knowledge of Southern Africa
- Tourplan experience (advantageous)
- Detail-obsessed, client-focused, proactive team player
