What Your Days Will Look Like
- Crafting custom, high-end travel itineraries complete with luxury lodges, private transfers, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
- Handling everything from initial quotes and Tourplan reservations to final invoices and supplier follow-ups with a lightning-fast 24-hour turnaround time.
- Working closely with top-tier suppliers, finance teams, and overseas agents to ensure seamless delivery and healthy margins.
- Managing queries, meet-and-greets, and the occasional after-hours request with charm, tact, and total discretion.
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 5 years in inbound tourism, specifically working with the high-end, luxury FIT market.
- Working knowledge of Tourplan is a massive plus.
- Matric/Grade 12 required (a Travel & Tourism qualification is even better!).
- Razor-sharp attention to detail, strong financial savvy for margin management, and top-tier communication skills in English.
- Integrity, discretion, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine love for learning about new products and industry trends.
