Technical Liaison Officer – Bridging Innovation and Strategy
Salary: R40,000 – R50,000 per month CTC (including Provident Fund and Optional Medical Aid)

Your Mission:
- Facilitate seamless administrative and operational workflows across technical and business units.
- Translate complex technical information into clear and concise summaries for executive and board-level discussions.
- Contribute to the development of compelling business cases, technical proposals, and contract documentation.
- Support the strategic direction of the organisation by assisting in budget development and commercial planning.
- Analyse technical and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure optimal inventory management and resource allocation.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and technology partners.
- Support the communication of our technical value proposition through presentations and online platforms.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitor technologies and market innovations.
- Contribute to the refinement of internal processes and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, IT) or Commerce/Business Administration with a strong technical aptitude.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technically-focused administrative role, commercial support, or business development within a technology-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken), with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Proven ability to think strategically, solve problems, and contribute to business growth.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A genuine interest in understanding complex technical solutions (hardware and software).
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and developing technical business cases is highly desirable.
- Exposure to sectors such as banking, cash management systems, retail technology, or general technology solutions will be a significant advantage.
