Travel Content & Rates Coordinator

What You’ll Do
- Capture and maintain rates, policies, allocations, scheduled tours, agents, suppliers, and guides
- Apply mark‑ups and maintain rate accuracy within Tourplan
- Load content via extranets and ensure all data meets internal quality standards
- Support business units with rate queries and documentation
- Build strong working relationships across teams and suppliers
- Assist with overflow tasks and occasional after‑hours requirements
- Contribute to projects with clear deadlines and measurable outputs
- Uphold excellent service levels through timely, enthusiastic communication
What You Bring
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A Travel/Tourism qualification is an advantage
- Tourplan experience is essential
- Strong MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills
- At least 2 years’ experience in a tour operator or similar environment
- A calm, detail‑driven approach — especially when multitasking
- Confidence, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure
- A collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset
