WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Crafting irresistible quotes for groups & incentive travel
- Hosting and accompanying groups across Southern Africa (10–20% travel)
- Bringing your on‑site experience to life in South and Southern Africa
- Working with international clients who expect excellence — and getting it from you
- Collaborating remotely with a team that’s 90% virtual and 100% fabulous
WHO YOU ARE
You’re the person everyone trusts on a group trip — the calm in the chaos, the spreadsheet whisperer, the one who knows exactly which lodge has that view.
Cape Town or Joburg based. Mostly remote.
You have:
- 5+ years experience in groups/incentives and conference events
- Strong quoting & on‑site operations experience
- Confidence, polish, and exceptional communication skills
- Above‑average writing ability
- Solid Excel/spreadsheet skills
- Familiarity with Cape Town, Safari regions, and Victoria Falls
- Your own reliable transport
- A sense of humour (trust us, it helps)
