Your Mission
Create luxury African journeys that feel effortless, personal, and deeply meaningful. You’ll be the expert voice agents rely on, the calm centre in a fast-paced environment, and the storyteller who brings Africa’s wild spaces to life.
In This Role, You Will
- Respond quickly, communicate clearly, and deliver solutions with confidence.
- Build bespoke itineraries that balance logistics, guest preferences, and our Client’s signature experiences.
- Spot upsell opportunities that genuinely elevate the journey.
- Maintain immaculate booking files and ensure every detail is accurate.
- Work hand-in-hand with Operations to deliver seamless, high-touch guest experiences.
- Track margins, monitor performance, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Stay immersed in product knowledge — from new camp developments to seasonal highlights.
- Use systems like WETU, Smartbox, and Tourplan to keep everything running smoothly.

- Experienced (4–5 years in senior travel design or reservations).

- A natural communicator with strong English skills (European languages are a plus).
- Able to juggle multiple demands without compromising accuracy.
