What you’ll lead
- A high‑performing team and a culture built on dignity, respect, and world‑class service
- Strong relationships with guests, staff, government, community partners, and industry stakeholders
- CSR initiatives, driving meaningful community development
- Business efficiencies, cost control, and the use of local produce
- Continuous product development across lodge, food, guiding, and all guest touchpoints
- Operational oversight of equipment, vehicles, generators, and infrastructure
- Sustainability improvements that strengthen both guest experience and business performance
- Budget forecasting and financial management in a dynamic environment
- Training and development to ensure consistent 5‑star standards
- Hosting VIPs, media, and agents with confidence and warmth
What you bring
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Lodge Manager or General Manager in a 5‑star, remote setting
- A hospitality or business management qualification
- Strong financial and computer literacy
- A leadership style that is energetic, compassionate, and grounded
- A warm, confident presence and excellent command of English
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver to deadlines
