Travel Specialist (Spanish‑Speaking)

What You’ll Do
- Design bespoke FIT itineraries across East Africa
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Manage the full reservations process end‑to‑end
- Coordinate with lodges, camps, airlines, and ground teams
- Build strong relationships with international travel partners
- Prepare accurate quotes, itineraries, invoices, and travel documents
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and service standards
- Participate in rotational weekend/public holiday duty
What You Bring
- 3–5 years in luxury safari reservations or tour consulting
- Tourism qualification (diploma/degree)
- Strong East Africa destination knowledge
- Fluent written & spoken Spanish
- Experience with international agents and luxury clientele
- Proficiency in Tourplan, WETU, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
- Passion for travel, wildlife, and guest service excellence
