What You’ll Do

  • Design bespoke FIT itineraries across East Africa
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Manage the full reservations process end‑to‑end
  • Coordinate with lodges, camps, airlines, and ground teams
  • Build strong relationships with international travel partners
  • Prepare accurate quotes, itineraries, invoices, and travel documents
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and service standards
  • Participate in rotational weekend/public holiday duty

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in luxury safari reservations or tour consulting
  • Tourism qualification (diploma/degree)
  • Strong East Africa destination knowledge
  • Fluent written & spoken Spanish
  • Experience with international agents and luxury clientele
  • Proficiency in Tourplan, WETU, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
  • Passion for travel, wildlife, and guest service excellence
