Wholesale Product & Contracting Executive

Wholesale Product & Contracting Executive

“If you know how to build product that wins, keep reading.”

We are looking for a Product & Contracting professional who understands the travel industry at a level that can’t be faked — someone who knows that every rate, every clause, every allocation, every negotiation has a commercial ripple effect. This isn’t a junior role. This isn’t a “load the rates and hope for the best” role. This is for the person who knows how to shape product that performs.

And yes — the company you’ll join is the kind of industry leader people stay with for years.

What You’ll Actually Do (the real version, not the fluffy one)

  • Build competitive, commercially intelligent travel product
  • Negotiate confidently with international suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and partners
  • Manage contracts, clauses, allocations, stop sales, supplements, and special offers
  • Craft packages that sell — flights, hotels, transfers, tours, value‑adds, promos
  • Analyse margins, mark‑ups, costing structures, and profitability
  • Spot market trends before competitors do
  • Protect commercial performance while maintaining strong supplier relationships
  • This is a role where your decisions directly influence revenue, competitiveness, and market position.

You’re the Right Fit If You Have:

  • 5+ years outbound leisure travel experience (non‑negotiable)
  • Proven international contracting + negotiation experience
  • Strong commercial maturity — you understand the financial impact of your decisions
  • Deep destination knowledge across global leisure markets
  • Analytical strength + numerical accuracy
  • Confidence, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A relationship‑driven approach — suppliers trust you, and you earn that trust
  • A genuine passion for travel (because it shows in your product)
  • This is a wholesale environment — fast‑paced, commercially driven, and deeply operational. If you prefer a quiet, admin‑only role, this won’t be your happy place.

Why This Role Matters

Because in a business of this scale and reputation, product isn’t just product. It’s strategy. It’s positioning. It’s profitability. It’s the difference between leading the market… and chasing it.

If you’re the kind of professional who thrives on ownership, negotiation, commercial thinking, and building product that stands out — then we want to talk to you.
