We are looking for a talented culinary master for a global giant in luxury experiential travel. They operate iconic lodges and bespoke tours across the globe, balancing top-tier luxury with a massive, long-standing legacy of conservation. This is a regional, strategic, and highly active training role. You will be the visionary mentor rotating through luxury lodges in Tanzania, transforming local produce into world-class dining experiences, and empowering local culinary teams to reach international heights.

Your Impact & Scope

As a traveling role model and culinary strategist across the region, your days will be dynamic and highly collaborative:

  • Menu & Style Innovation: Revise and elevate 7-day menus, special dietary offerings, and bush picnics in line with luxury food styling guides.
  • The Art of Storytelling: Train chefs not just on the plate, but on the experience—teaching them how to engage with guests and tell the stories behind local produce and flavours.
  • Kitchen Commercials: Empower your teams by training them on menu costing, waste management, stock controls, and budget alignment.
  • The Full F&B Experience: Broaden your impact by sharpening the standards for coffee, tea, sundowner game drive drinks, and personal bars.

Who You Are

You are a proactive, high-integrity culinary leader who thrives on flexibility, loves to have fun, and possesses a lateral-thinking mindset that shines in remote logistics.

  • Have a Higher Diploma in Culinary Arts (or related field).
  • 10+ Years of relevant experience in high-end hospitality, with a deep, demonstrable passion for creating fabulous food.
  • Be a natural educator with world-class service standards, exceptional communication skills (for both discerning guests and diverse kitchen teams), and a heart for conservation and community sustainability.
