What You’ll Be Doing
- Commanding the systems. Navigate our quoting platforms with confidence — Tourplan & WeTu experience puts you ahead of the pack.
- Running the show. Manage every aspect of a tour within budget, from first quote to final farewell, without dropping a single detail.
- Leading by example. Mentor and support junior consultants, helping build a culture where learning and excellence go hand in hand.
- Owning the numbers. Create quotations and invoices, track payments, and keep total financial clarity on every tour you touch.
- Staying three steps ahead. Request and consolidate sales updates from agents, confirm final booking numbers, and make sure everything is race-ready.
- Sweating the details. Cross-check agent and tour information relentlessly — because in this world, precision is the product.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years in an intermediate tourism sales role, with a track record of hitting (or smashing) sales targets
- A natural gift for building, nurturing, and growing key client relationships
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written
- Sharp instincts for sales cycles, customer needs, and the South African tourism market
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset that thrives under pressure and moves fast
