The Role
You’ll be the go-to expert connecting Spanish-speaking travel agents with unforgettable African adventures.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Build and quote incredible tours using Tourplan & WeTu
- Own your tours from quote to final invoice — no passing the buck
- Be the trusted voice agents call when they need answers, fast
- Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing what you know
- Keep bookings, budgets, and details razor-sharp and error-free
You won’t be micromanaged. You’ll be trusted to run your own show, backed by a team that has your back.

- 2+ years in tourism sales (intermediate level — you know the sales cycle, not just the sales pitch)
- A track record of hitting targets and building relationships that last
- Fluent Spanish and English — written and spoken, both need to shine
- A solid grip on South African market trends and customer needs
- Tourplan and/or WeTu experience
