The Role:
You won’t just be posting—you’ll be the creative engine driving the brand’s online presence. If you love design, live for short-form video, and want to make an impact, this is your track.
What you’ll be doing:
- Command the Platforms: Take ownership of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, turning followers into fans and growing our Clients community.
- Create Magic: Design stunning photo assets and edit high-quality, engaging short-form video content that stops the scroll.
- Design & Layout: Support the brand’s visual identity by assisting with brochures and email marketing templates.
- Tell the Story: Craft sharp, on-brand copy for captions, emails, and all things marketing.
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for a creative all-rounder who is ready to jump in. While we value talent and attitude above all, the ideal candidate will typically have:
- Education: A qualification in Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Design & Editing Proficiency: A strong grasp of industry-standard tools (such as Canva or popular mobile video editing apps) to produce high-quality visual content.
- Social Media Savvy: A proven understanding of how to optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including knowledge of current trends and community engagement strategies.
- Content Creation: A portfolio or examples of previous work showing your ability to film, edit, and design engaging short-form video and static content.
- The Vibe: You’re energetic, fun, and have that “ready to work” attitude that gets things done.
- The Mindset: You are eager to learn, adaptable, and pumped to grow alongside an exceptional brand that is rapidly expanding.
