Innovation Advance is recruiting on behalf of a leading international travel brand with a fast‑growing Team Tours Division. They deliver unforgettable travel experiences for schools, clubs, academies, and professional teams, and they’re looking for an Operations Executive who brings structure, accuracy, warmth, and commercial awareness to every booking.
This is a remote role supporting an experienced Ireland‑based team — perfect for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple moving parts.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the operational engine behind team travel — ensuring every itinerary, costing, booking, and supplier interaction is delivered with precision and care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client bookings from confirmation through to post‑tour reconciliation
- Producing accurate costings, proposals, itineraries, and documentation
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Sourcing and booking flights, accommodation, transport, and activities
- Ensuring all operational and financial systems are accurate and up to date
- Managing timelines, deadlines, and supplier commitments
- Reconciling bookings and ensuring margins meet company targets
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture

What You Bring:

You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience as a Travel Consultant – Sports Tour experience beneficial
- Strong organisational skills and a love for structure
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence working with suppliers and negotiating rates
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- A calm, solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving
- The ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
