What You’ll Do (and do brilliantly)
- Deliver standout service: Fast, clear, warm communication that makes agents and guests feel taken care of.
- Design bespoke itineraries: Seamless, personalised, and full of those “wow, how did you think of that?” moments.
- Upsell with intention: Elevate experiences without ever feeling salesy.
- Build agent loyalty: Become the trusted go‑to person they rely on.
- Keep bookings flawless: Accurate quotes, meticulous files, zero loose ends.
- Partner with Ops: Ensure every moving part lands exactly where it should.
- Protect performance: Track GP%, optimise bed nights, and keep margins healthy.
- Stay destination‑sharp: Camps, seasons, routes, hidden gems — you know them all.
- Use systems confidently: WETU, Smartbox, Tourplan, internal platforms — smooth and efficient.
Who You Are
- Matric with Maths + relevant tertiary qualification.
- 4–5 years in senior travel design or reservations.
- Strong sales instincts and exceptional service delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (bonus for European languages).
- Detail‑driven, organised, calm under pressure.
- Passionate about wildlife, conservation, and meaningful travel.
- Creative, proactive, and committed to getting things right the first time.
